We know it can be difficult to find a lender to finance the construction of a new home if you're not a commercial builder. Our loans are designed specifically for you, the individual, to help you make your dreams come true.

Progressions Construction Loans provide financing for 6 months (amortized up to 180 months)--allowing you to take advances as you need them to complete the construction of your home.

End Financing Available

Various programs are available for end financing through Progressions and other credit union affiliated sources.

6 Months: 8.25% to 16.25% APR

OAC. Rate assumes automatic payment. Add .50% for other payment methods.The rates published are the lowest and highest possible rates available to qualified borrowers. Your rate may fall within that range. Rates are determined by the loan type, term you request, and your credit history. Rates are subject to change without notice.
