At Progressions Credit Union, we know your privacy is important to you and we want to protect your financial records and other information. We disclose only the non-public information that is required to process your transactions, provide you with greater financial opportunities and that which may be required by law. We are required by law to give you this privacy notice to explain how we collect, use and safeguard your personal financial information. Progressions collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms
• Information about your transactions with us or others
• Information we received from a consumer reporting agency

Progressions is committed to providing you with competitive products and services designed to meet your financial needs. This requires that we share information about you to complete your transactions and to provide you with certain financial opportunities. In order to do so, we have entered into agreements with other companies that provide either services to us or additional financial products for you to consider. The written agreements with these companies prohibit them from selling or using your personal information for any purpose to any other party.

We may disclose all of the nonpublic personal information that we collect, as described above to financial service providers, such as financial planning specialists, mortgage companies affiliated with the credit union and the credit union owned insurance broker.

Nonpublic personal information about you may be disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

Progressions may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We may also disclose information we collect about you under other circumstances as permitted by law. These disclosures typically include information to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of the credit union, follow your instructions or protect the security of our financial records.

If you terminate your membership with Progressions Credit Union we will not share information we have collected about you, except as permitted by law.

Progressions restricts access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who have a specific business purpose for using it. Our employees are trained on the importance of maintaining confidentiality and member privacy. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and leading industry practices to safeguard your nonpublic personal information.

Privacy of Children's Information

Progressions does not collect information about our young members from any other source other than the parent or legal guardian and does not sell to or share this information with any third parties. No information about children is collected via the credit union's website. Information collected from the parents (such as e-mail address) will only be used to notify the child and/or parent of credit union business, delivery of newsletters (unless the parent stops subscription) and notification of member contests.
